# Beers Wild > A Beer Hall Card Game. Since 2026 ## What It Is Beers Wild is a beer themed card game for 2 to 4 adults. Each player races to pour five beers in order, from a backyard Can to Das Boot in the beer hall. Rivals slow you down with Last Call, Warm Beer and Carded, and The Mooch can swipe a beer right off your table. A game takes 10 to 20 minutes, and you can play it free online. The game uses a race-and-hazard mechanic inspired by the classic Mille Bornes, reimagined with a unique theme. Beers Wild is built on the Cardswild engine. ## Key Facts - **Players:** 2-4 - **Ages:** 21+ - **Play time:** 10-20 minutes - **Website:** https://beerswild.com - **Play free online:** https://beerswild.com/play/ - **Official rules:** https://beerswild.com/rules (printable PDF: https://beerswild.com/downloads/Beers-Wild-Official-Rules.pdf) - **Videos:** https://beerswild.com/shorts/ - **Platform:** https://cardswild.com ## Progression (poured in order) 1. Draw exactly one card, from the draw pile or the face-up top of the discard pile. 2. Then either play one card OR discard one card. Never both, and never two cards. Exactly one card leaves your hand per turn, and that action ends the turn. ## Trouble and Remedies - Only one Trouble card may sit on a player at a time. - Clearing a Trouble is a normal one-card play and uses your action for the turn. - Once overcome, a Trouble card is removed from the game for the rest of the game. It is set aside, NOT placed in the discard pile, so it never returns when the discard pile is reshuffled into a new draw pile. ## Videos Hosted on this site, all on one page: https://beerswild.com/shorts/ - **Learn Beers Wild in 60 Seconds** (0:54): Our hostess walks you through the whole game in under a minute, with the real cards and a real online game. https://beerswild.com/shorts/#learn - **The Mooch: A Wildlife Documentary** (0:59): A hushed nature film about the beer hall's most elusive creature, who has never bought a round. https://beerswild.com/shorts/#the-mooch - **Das Boot Camp** (1:00): A drill sergeant in lederhosen whips three rookies through the five pours. https://beerswild.com/shorts/#das-boot-camp - **Last Call Countdown** (0:53): Eleven fifty-nine, five beers to go, and The Mooch is cutting the line. https://beerswild.com/shorts/#last-call-countdown - **The Hostess Knows Best** (0:46): Six cheeky beer hall tips, starting with the guy who says he will get the next round. https://beerswild.com/shorts/#hostess-knows-best ## Cardswild Engine: Licensable Game Platform Beers Wild is built on the **Cardswild engine**, a licensable game platform created by the Wolcott family in Colorado.
